Nightlife in Torrevieja

Fuente TorreviejaThe main area for bars in Torrevieja is directly behind Burger King on the promenade. It is basically a back street with up to 40 bars spinning the latest balearic beats. It is worth noting that these only begin to pick up after 12.30am, when Irish bars are closing! The nightclubs begin at 4am, if you wish to party all night.

Both visitors and residents can find the best on offer in Torrevieja as far as nightlife is concerned, for every age and nationality. For young people, the Baluarte area counts on many small bars where you can enjoy a drink to the rhythm of the latest musical trends. And there are the cafeterias for a coffee or a drink at any time of day. That is why many people come from Murcia or Alicante to enjoy the nightlife of Torrevieja in the summer. Late at night you can visit the Avenida Habaneras where you will find more bars and the big discos in the outskirts of town. In Torrevieja you can also find English pubs, German beer saloons, or mexican restaurants where you can have a "mojito".

Nightlife in La Zenia/Cabo Roig
Paddy's Point Pub, owned by Mullingar's Bernie Comaskey, is only 8 minutes walk (towards La Zenia) from the Amapolas II complex. And all Mullingar natives are assured a warm welcome on arrival in the pub.

Another pub is Hill 16 which has cabaret almost nightly is also only 8 minutes walk (towards Cabo Roig)

Besides the Irish bars, there are many Spanish bars and restaurants that have nightly entertainment during the Summer. Check out the bars on the beaches for a few hours relaxation. Follow the music!

There are numerous restaurants around the area, and many provide music and dancers as entertainment during your meal. La Pizzeria, across from the Torrehoven Hotel, is one that is worth visiting at least once during your stay (on't be put off by the name!)
